| Steven Perry | Could not diagnose and repair a 300 Samsung microwave over the course of a MONTH also Samsung fault to not simply REPLACE, not recommended brand and in the process of their sloppy service damaged my butcher block counter top. When making multiple trips to 'diagnose' they put the unit together incorrectly missing screws etc. have photos if interested. Refused to allow them back in to my home - ever. Asked for reimbursement which amounted to 75 to minimize but not eliminate the counter damage. It still is quite visible. Was accused of damaging myself. Now will not return calls to any of their numerous land/mobile phone numbers or email addresses. Extremely poor company and I recommend you take your business elsewhere. I am in the process of sending letters to every brand they carry and service to advise them of my issues and the fact THEY represent their brand. Opening case with BBB. FYI they do NOT participate as a member. Hmmmmm. You have been warned! |
| Kimba Munson | I read all of the bad reviews about All American Appliance after my washing machine broke and this is where our Home Depot protection plan had us call for the repairs. I was expecting the worst! They were friendly on the phone and set us up with our diagnostic appointment about 3 days out which was fine. They were professional when they came to the house, only complaint is that they were supposed to call when they were on their way but didn't. They diagnosed the pump to be broken and in need of replacement. We were told it would take a week to get the pump which was a bummer. I followed up with a phone call to the office as that seemed a bit long to wait, this was a Friday. A gentleman called me right back and he had located a new pump in the warehouse. We scheduled the appointment for the following Monday, July 3rd. The repairman called when he was on his way and had the issue completely fixed within an hour. I believe that if I didn't call to follow up that it would have taken longer to receive a pump. It has been about 2 weeks and it is working perfectly. Hope this review helps your decision to use this company. |
