Excellent customer service. I was very happy with their quick scheduling and prompt arrival time. Ronald, my service technician, was very professional and knowledgeable about my broken Jenn-Air convection oven. He made sure that the right part was ordered and approved by the warranty company and confirmed that everything was completed before he left the house. I am very thankful for the level of detail and follow-through that he provided. I will definitely be using this company again. I have dealt with many appliance repair companies in this town and there are very few that provide this level of customer service. I am happy to say that this company goes above and beyond my expectations.

We needed service for both our Bosch dishwasher and our freezer ice maker which stopped working, Elite Pro was the appliance repair firm we used, they sent a tech named Mardy, Mardy was on time, he was also very professional, courteous, knew what he was doing and got the job done...we now have ice and a working dishwasher..Thanks Mardy...I would highly suggest using Elite Pro when ever you need any of your appliances repaired, make sure to ask for Mardy....

Horrible company. They couldn't understand the simplest question over the phone, and refused to give labor costs. No transparency or people with an ounce of business acumen. Find an old fashioned honest repair company.
