| Libby Cox | I called the company on Friday and told them I was having problems with my LG fridge. They said they could send out their LG tech on Saturday. We explained the problem over the phone agreed to pay the service call knowing the balance would be applied to the repairs. They came out without any parts on Saturday and essentially diagnosed the problem. Then when it came time for payment no one was in the office so they asked I pay cash which I did. The tech advised that an office person would order the part which was currently in Fresno and that they would call Monday to schedule a follow up appointment. I have now called 4x over 2 days and no one will return my call or give me an update. Surprisingly when the tech left he took the entire receipt as he packed up so I don't even have proof that I paid the 65 service call since he required it in cash. So I paid for a service call my fridge isn't repaired and now 3 days later no one will call me back. I would think twice about using this company. |
