Felix was amazing...he was very courteous, informative, and seemed really interested in assisting me. He even texted me a photo of the set. I stated that I would come on Saturday morning to view and possibly purchase. Felix even called me the next morning to tell me what time they would be open. A different young man assisted me once I arrived and he was just as helpful as Felix. I was anxious to have the set delivered and they arranged delivery for later the same day. The two delivery men were on time and just as courteous. I am in customer service and I truly appreciate when good service is provided. From the initial phone call to every employee that I interacted with for this purchase the service was absolutely great! |
