We've purchased several things from them - a glass shower wall and door about 7 years ago and, more recently, a very large mirror. Within a month of the mirror being installed, the silver started coming off along the edges. Wayne personally came to look at it and said he would turn in a report to the company who provides their mirrors, but assured me no matter what he would take care of me - and he did. The crew came back out, removed the mirror with the issue and installed a new one at no cost. They could have tried to blame the problem on someone else or make a big deal out of the hassle of swapping out the mirror, but they didn't. I never had any worry that all would be OK. That's the mark of a great company. |

In addition to providing numerous pieces of custom glass for my home over the course of many years and installing the same directly into the sashes in some cases, they also recently refurbished about half of my window screens, and they look twice as good as they did when they were NEW.
