The service technician never showed for the entire day and after over nine phones calls to be inform each time that the service technician was on the way, we were more than disappointed. There are no words for having all your food spoil for Thanksgiving. How do you explain to a disabled vet and a pregnant woman that the refrigerator will not be fixed??? I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER APPLIANCE FROM SEARS AND NEITHER WILL ANY OF MY ACQUAINTANCES!!! To have the Agents confirm that the technician did refuse to contact and show up for the appointment, is outrageous!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! |
