We purchased a bedroom set and a dining room table. The sales person who helped us was fast and got us through the process easily. We didn't finance so maybe that helped in time spend. Some of our order was not in house and would be delivered later. We received our first few items within a few days. The bed frame came about a week later. The delivery men were incredibly helpful and friendly. Today was our last piece to be delivered. Both Haper and Chris our last delivery drivers, were exceptional. Also all the other deliver people did an amazing job. We did purchase the deliver, set up and 5 year protection plan. Very satisfied with our experience with Sam levitz and all the staff, from sales, office staff and delivery. Would shop here first for any furniture needs.

Your salesman Richard Scott was fantastic. He didn't swarm me when I came in the door like many do there. He greeted me and gave me space to start looking and said if I had questions that he would be close. That was great because I don't like sales people who hover right on top of you. I did ask him questions and told him details I was looking for in a sofa and loveseat. Then he guided me to possible options. He was always genuinely smiling not fake to sell something, which others there have done. He answered my questions and was patient during the selection process. When I come there to get more furniture I will look for him or call in for him. He is a no pressure sales person and I wish he could train some of your other sales people about that. He was like a friend and not a used car salesman. He was outstanding.

My sales associate Tristan was AMAZING!! He listened to what i was looking for and helped me pick out the PERFECT mattress am1d bed set!. Will definitely be back to purchase some more items from this young man
