The first time he came out he fixed a wire that had been disconnected on our wolf cooktop before it was installed. The second time he came out and fixed our 590 series sub zero refrigerator. We got the refrigerator used for free and we're not sure the condition it was in and we had a problem with the coils completely freezing. Not only did he defrost, clean, and fix the problem he also did an entire system check for us. He even took the time and painted three screws and two springs so that you couldn't see them hold the top grill on. We couldn't be happier and will only call Matrix for our appliance maintenance needs. |
