He simply explained his product with no pressure. 2 of their plumbers came over and they were very courteous. They were very thorough explaining how the softener works. Their work in the utility closetwhere the water heater and softener was installed looks a lot more appealing than I expected. Even their work in the crawlspace, where only I will see, looks good. I am very happy with the products and service Rabe Hardware provided me. |
| Nola Drake | I can't attest to the products yet, but the installers and service guys put in our new furnace and water heater and central air like a well-oiled machine. They arrived early and much to our surprise, were completely finished before 5:00 p.m. The 40-something wood-burner was quite the monstrosity to tear apart and remove from the basement, and the central air was new for us, and these guys knew what they were doing! All were very courteous and fun to talk to. We will recommend Rabe to anyone! |
