Also, he did an EXCELLENT JOB on the installation!! He walked me through how to use my new appliance and cleaned-up after himself! John MADE SURE that I was TOTALLY Happy with the positioning of it! He also had to do EXTRA things to get things up-to-date for this new appliance to be installed, because of how my old dishwasher had been connected. I felt that the price was more than fair!
