She has a contract with them and whenever I need something fixed all I do is call. They answer quickly, almost ALWAYS are able to get someone out the same day and then they submit the deductible request to my landlord. They always do a great job and the the techs I have worked with are always very professional and friendly. Keep your eye out for the technician named "John Fisher". This guy is super fast and really knows his stuff!! Someday I will be a home owner and I plan on using these guys for my own house. I am very pleased with them and high recommend them! |
