Appliance Repair by Torrington Treads in Torrington, Wyoming

I got towed in to town late in the evening to another repair facility, when I when to this other repair facility when they opened the next morning, I explained my situation and this other place said at Bear it would be Monday before they would even look at it. So I did some walking and had some conversations with a parts house in town that called Bryan at Torrington Treads. Knowing parts could be a challenge I was worried that I could be here for a little while. It was early to mid morning when I got a phone call from Bryan tweeting me that the issue we had expected it to be was in fact the problem and he had checked this issue several different times to make sure that I wasn't going to be spending time and money I didn't need to. The part was a day out but by mid morning the next morning Bryan was calling me to tell me surgery on my slightly unique vehicle was complete and that I could come pick it up at my earliest opportunity. I have worked in a few different repair shops but the professionalism and the empathy for me and the situation was impressive. What an amazing experience and I don't know believe in Torrington that there is a better shop out there. Honest professional and understanding with a complete staff that went above and beyond. All I can say is thank you and the car was fixed right the first time!!
