| Isaac Derosier | I had my car towed to Valley because it was not working and I was from out of town not knowing where to go. So I had my car towed into Valley late in the evening after hours, found a place to stay for the evening and walked back at open the next morning. Not sure if it was a parts house or a repair facility I asked the man begging the counter, he said it was a repair facility also and began to explain issues with the car and the fact that I was from out of town. The simple reply I received was “they could maybe look at it Monday”. Surprised and having deadlines to meet I had to explore other options and when I did I found a local parts house more empathetic and helpful than the repair facility I was towed into. This was all on a Tuesday and thanks to a local parts house and Torrington Treads repair facility I was back on the road Wednesday morning. This want to say that the Torrington Treads wasn't busy but they took the time to see someone in need and worked to help as opposed to Valley that just simply looked at the schedule without seeing a person out a repair need. |
