Michael Wall | We ordered a refrigerator from Barons and it came defective. A fitting that was connected to a water pump was loose and it leaked water all over our floor. The cardboard back panel was also damaged when it arrived. After some haggling with our sales consultant, he finally conceded and sent a replacement a week later. The replacement refrigerator had the same faulty fittings so we refused to accept it at delivery. Our sales consultant was not helpful in helping us find a replacement for the defective refrigerator. In fact, he seemed more irritated with us, as if it was our fault they delivered two defective products. He offered no help with finding a comparable replacement. At one point, he became so irate, he actually stated that we should look at Home Depot or Best Buy, because we couldn't get this kind of service with them. He was probably right, but not for the reason he was thinking. After doing some research on our own we finally found a suitable replacement and asked if it could be delivered on a specific date. They would not oblige, so once again, for the third time, we had to block out a day's schedule for the delivery window. When this refrigerator came it was also damaged. One of the glass shelves was chipped. The delivery crew also scraped our front door and bent the storm door so it doesn't latch tightly anymore. It's been two weeks since we received the latest damaged refrigerator and our sales consultant doesn't respond to emails or return our phone calls. After contacting the manufacturer directly, we were able to remedy the problem. Avoid Barons. Once they get your money they offer zero customer service. |

He provided me with options and worked with me to find something that would work for us. He was attentive, professional, supportive and knowledgeable.
