We were driving home to Washington from Vegas and stopped in Ely for gas when we noticed we had no coolant even though KRM was about to close they still made time to take a look at our car and discovered a bad water pump. They stayed after hours to fix our vehicle, drove into town for the parts, had it done faster than expected and the best part was that in the beginning they had quoted us a price that we considered more than fair but when they were done they charged 150 LESS than the original quote. They could've easily charged us the original quote and we would have paid it gladly. Very honest people and a shop with a lot of integrity. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for getting us back on the road safely! |
