I was not here when it arrived and my husband accepted delivery. It was right before the holidays and I never got a chance to call. I was so pleasantly surprised when the manager of the store called me to make it right. I couldn't help but ask how he even knew about it. He said his delivery guys took pictures when they were at my home my husband forgot to mention that. Within a week they ordered a new one from the factory and delivered it to my home in Eureka! Now that's customer service! This is where we will shop for furniture and appliances from now on. Thank you |
