I have used John Kelius plumbing and excavating for close to 30 years now. John and Troy are always on time, dependable and explain each step of the job. They give you options and the job is always done right at a fair price. Highly recommended!

BIG MISTAKE using JOHN F. KELIUS plumber for work in our home as he charged excessive hours on the job, while our contractor assisted him with his own time, but he charged as if he did the entire job himself.В  Our contractor requested estimates three different times but he did not give them.В  We were pressed for time as we did not have the use of our living room or our only bathroom which he was well aware of the situation, and saw dollar signs. I had to have him come back out to replace old, brittle copper pipes with pex, when he knew he should have done the job right the first time!В  He saw an insurance claim and took advantage of the situation.В  Our insurance company will be made aware of this thief, as well as all social media and BBB.В  He is the type of businessman that gives the trade a bad name.В  Shame on us for going with and trusting someone local and not going with a big name business.В  You try to help out the little guys but get played instead.В  I would NEVER recommend him for any further jobs to anyone we know.В  Beware of this guy's tactics.
