I paid the standard 59.95 for diagnosis. Guy was here 20 mins and told me it was the drain hose, but needed to come back later in the day to replace the part. I asked him how much the part was and how long it would take to fix. He said about 15 for the part and 10 mins for repair. He then told me it was 285 to complete the work! While diagnosing the damage, he used my wool sweater, a sweatshirt, and a dress to sip up water off the floor, then threw it in the washer. These were hang to dry only items and the colors bled on each other, ruining all 3 items. I bought the part and replaced it myself. Don't go to these people! Rip off! BBB is my next call as the repairmen can charge whatever they want per hour and is unregulated. It's not a Porsche, it's a 10 year old washer.

I had a great experience with Pottstown Appliance Repair. A+! I was needing fast, reasonable and expert service for my Bosch washer and I found it with them! I will always use from now on!

I made an appointment for two weeks in advance. They gave me a time, I called when noone had arrived yet. Turns out the guy they scheduled for the job did not fix dishwashers. This place is a joke they take a deposit to show up but then dont show up. I think I its run by a bunch of idiots . They are an appliance repair business hopefully they go out of business.
