We have used ARS for almost ten years. We have always had a positive experience with them. Today we had our routine maintenance. Our technician Nick was very thorough, timely, efficient and professional. He explained everything he was doing, looked at equipment both inside and outside, went over all results with us and ensured that everything was in good working order. We know whenever we do have a problem, we can count on them to take care of it. I have recommended ARS to our neighbors and they have had the same wonderful experience.

ARS replaces my heat pump yesterday and I am very happy with the job they did and the quality work the two techs did. They thoroughly protected my house for the in door work and the worked hard and about 6 hrs later the job was done. They thoroughly tested the system and even made sure my Nest thermostat was configured for the new system. Everything was perfect and they cleaned up everything and even vacuumed What impressed me even more was they dinged the wallboard a bit getting the equipment up in the attic they pointed it out and documented it and will fix it up good as new. Make sure u call ARS for your hvac needs. You won't be disappointed!!!

I would like to take a moment to give a shout out and KUDOS to a company by the name of ARS /RESCUE ROOTER IN MYRTLE BEACH. It all started yesterday when something went wrong with our air condition unit, and having a medical condition we needed someone now to fix it. It was Around 2pm when I called ARS to come and fix the unit, well from the phone call to the tech that arrived in a 1/2 an hour yes 1/2 an hour, the unit was up and running and we had air in our home, what a great job by a company that must be swamped with calls of help to fix their units! Thanks again ARS for your quick response, and professionalism. I would advise anyone with such a problem as we had to give them a call, such a great job !!! Thanks again James and Barbara Dixon!
