| Robert Miller | I have a chemical smell that's been in the fridge since we had it. LG.. After 10 box's of arm and hammer and 50 worth of charcoal deodorizer the “TECH” came to the house and spent 20 min agreeing there was a smell, which gets into all of our food, and cannot eat it. Including the ice. After he called 2 people, I assume higher ups he told me to put newspapers in the fridge, never diagnosed the problem, never took a tool out and never pulled the fridge out, and then he bangs me 89 and told me to have a nice day, no wonder Sears are going under, I'm not done with this yet.. DONT USE SEARS. Be Warned |
