First time working with this company. Bosch dishwasher repair today by technician Mike. He was very nice, did a great job, and cleaned up after himself when he was finished. When I called to schedule the repair the lady I spoke to was pleasant and informative so I knew exactly what to expect. I will use this company again.

I could not have been more pleased with the service delivered by Mort and Residential Appliance Specialist. When our ULine Beverage Center stopped working, they sent out a technician Mort on the day we called them. Not only did the main office call to let us know when to expect Mort, but he called as well twice to confirm he was coming, and then to let us know he was on the way. He showed up with the part RAS thought might be the issues and diagnosed our problem in under 5 minutes. It turned out that the part they'd brought wasn't the issue - it was a much cheaper repair, requiring only a power cable, which they ordered and which was installed promptly upon receipt. Again, on the day of the repair, Mort called to confirm a rough time he'd be at our house, and called later to say he was on his way. While here, Mort took the time to explain the issue to us, and was very courteous - even using a panel and tarp to protect the floors when removing the unit from under the counter. RAS charges a flat fee for a site visit, so it doesn't matter if the tech is onsite for 20 minutes or 5 hours, plus parts and shipping. For knowledge, courtesy, communication, and competency I give them 5 stars and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing appliance repairs.
