Joe is a great guy! He did various handy jobs for me & my family. He fixed a closet that was coming down, put up shower head, installed my doorbell, put new batteries in our smoke detectors! Thanks Joe, may Father Yahweh bless you & your family!

In the past he helped on my place did a number of jobs for us does good work at a reasonable rate. This year he has been hard to reach. He has reached out to me i will post back the results.

I called and spoke with Joe 1 week ago and we discussed several repairs I need done at my home. He said he was able to do the repair work and agreed to come to my house to provide an estimate that Saturday afternoon or evening, saying he would call me Saturday to confirm an appointment time. When I didn't hear from him by noon Saturday, I called and left a message asking what time we might expect him later that day. No response. I called again Monday asking to schedule something. Again, no answer, no call back. I left a final message this Wednesday morning requesting a call back and he did not answer or call back. I find this very unprofessional and also a waste of my time. He makes a good impression on the phone but, no follow through. If something came up and he needed flexibility on my part, I'd gladly work with him but there was no communication . If he didn't want to do the work he could have told me that and I would have moved on to the next Handyman.
