Appliance Repair by Factory Appliance Services Team Inc in Fort Pierce, Florida

I called for service for a microwave oven. The tech refused to repair it since it is in an RV even though it's a residential type of appliance. Great service! I wish I looked at other reviews first.

Had displeasure of meeting the owner of the Factory Appliance Servicesteam. Showed no professionalism at all. Was very rude to me and had the nerve to tell me not to talk to loud in my own house, for which I was entertaining company from out of town. Not to say I was embarrassed with his attitude. He told me he didn't like working on my brand of air conditioner. As rudely as he entered my home he exited the same. My experience with this man and so called owner of the business is that anyone needing a repair on your ac unit you better give heads up to the brand, otherwise he if doesn't like it he leaves. Very unprofessional.

I called in the morning to make an appointment for repair. Name and address was taken and was told they would be out in the afternoon. Received a phone call 5 hours later that they don't come out to my area. We are in the same city! They had the address and approximate location when the appointment was made. VERY unprofessional. It was too late to contact another company. Wouldn't return call either.
