New unit . Installer forgot to hook the dam heater wire and I had no heat, got me very upset . It was fixed early next day. All is well .... Good company

I had a brand new unit installed because my old unit was past time to be replaced , DAN was an excellent Tech and promag has been servicing my unit for quite some time; and Bree always kept me informed on time for service and check ups' so of course when I needed a new unit I was definitely going to call promag because they were so good at taking care of my old unit very reliable and just down right in touch with my air conditioning needs very trustworthy , I got in touch with Bree , asked for the older gentleman who sent Dan straight to me for my new unit and that same Saturday they installed my new unit it was beautiful to have nice freezing air especially in August . by Sunday evening I was having issues the unit wasn't cooling I called Dan he gave me some pointers on how I can service it myself by checking on a Doppler to make sure water was not running over we did , it worked the next day Dan came out said the drainage wasn't working properly that someone would be out to take care of it , and it was , they sucked whatever water put a drain pipe things started working a week or so later not working again only to find out a filter was never installed, called again asked the person that was handling calls for Bree if someone could come and check the unit she said Bree was on a short vacation and would be calling . no one returned the call, so I finally get another call in and Bree say she's going to get a person here to me who is in the area in palm beach gardens and would be right here to me , and he was , and very knowledgeable . needless to say nothing has worked for my BRAND NEW UNIT I needed heat for our brief cool day it didn't work , Before this tech came it was Thanksgiving day with guest no air and as I take this survey I have spoken to Dan , who hasn't made me or my house better, I am so disappointed , because if I'm calling you, there is a problem . I wouldn't pay for a new unit and complain if it was working. Before my complaints about the unit you gladly took my calls but after my complaint I can't get a return call or any assistance with what to do, I don't know anything about air conditioners that's why I call professionals but now I'm at wits end . I live in Florida I need air, not air problems. Unfortunately this has been the second worst experience, and embarrassing , to have guest and my family here and a new unit but no air. I don't believe I would be someone who couldn't resolve this issue.... all the technicians were helpful it worked while they were here , but hours later nothing
