| CAROL LARKIN | Went in and bought a washer and told we would receive it March 20th and never did called a week later to cancel and get our refund and was told it would take 10 to 14 business days and still havent received it . i had spoke with Adam and he was to look into and make sure everything was put in correctly and he was suppose to call me back and let me know and has not. This is the 3rd time that someone was to call us back and never did. I have never seen such poor communication with the employees of this Sears to calling customers back. Hope i receive the refund soon or will need to take it to the next step. I never had problems in the past but this time it has been terrible and now i will be taking my business elsewhere. |

| Lily Lee | Order a dish washer online & did the pick up @ Menomonie, WI location. Customer Service online told me I have 45 days to return the item I bought with no fees. When I called the store to return it, they said they only Accept 14days return. DO NO BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS ONLINE. They are misleading their customers & the stores are too. Very very unhappy with SEARS. Next time I need an appliance, I will definitely not choose SEARS again. Very disappointing cause this was the only store I buy all my appliances from year after years. Washer/dryer, 2 refrigerators, 2 stoves, water heater, water softener, microwave. |
