| Jeffery Hoel | Why should it take almost 4 months to fix a washing machine, or have 3 schedule appointments where no one showed up from 8-5 as stated? To have 1 mechanic says there is nothing wrong and then have the problem re-occur within 10 minutes of his leaving. Then the next mechanic, schedule only allowed it to happen in two weeks thereafter, was excellent immediately recognizes the issue and the fix is on. The fix was fine, but the background service to make it happen stunk and no one would call me back to explain what the service hold up was. Sears as a company appears, to me, to not really care about solving the issues at hand. |
