This place deserve 0 stars!!! I honestly don't see how they are still in business. I purchased a used washer & dryer back in January 2019. The delivery guys could not speak much English so it was little to no communication. After they left I turned the dry on and it was knocking as if a shoe was moving around in it. So they did come back to fix that. About 1 month later screws started falling out of the dryer which made the casing loose. I called they promise to come out on 3 different occasions and no one ever came. They didn't even have enough respect to call and say they was not coming. I missed work each day for nothing. Then recently on Monday my washer stopped working. I have a 1 year warranty so I called the store and was told they would come out this week but would not give me an exact day and time. So my husband called back and the guy said he would come between 5-8 on Thursday which was yesterday Said he was the owner and he would take care of this himself. Around 7:15 I called to make sure someone was coming and the guy answered the phone and said, we are close call back in the morning. Which was insane because you have an appointment to come service my washer. No matter what I said his response was to call back in the morning. Then when calling back this morning, my husband was advised the owner will be in tomorrow. Still no repairs have been done and this company doesn't appear to even be concerned. On top of this is a holiday weekend and I am without a working washer. It's a shame that these people do not have any respect for others time nor do they have any business ethics. People do not waste your money trying to support this local owned business. Go somewhere that value your business and honors your warranty. Do not and I repeat DO NOT support this business it is absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!
