Mike did some trouble shooting on issues and said I would need apart. Furthermore I was able to get the part myself to cut down on labor. Then something amazing happens he said before yout order this part let me check something else. What do you know he checked my dryer again and he noticed that I had a number of long screws that was in my husband work clothes had made my dryer drum get stuck. He pulled out the screws put the dryer back together and turned it on.........it works!!! Thank God nothing was wrong with my dryer. If this was any other company or person I would've gotten charged for stuff I didn't really need. |
