| Tram Nouinma | Amazing service!! My Viking fridge wasn't able to cool down. They came in and found the compressor is dead. While I also called a few other service providers, they all said Viking fridge repair would take at least a couple of days. However, Viking Repair Palo Alto brought a new compressor on the day same day. Two technicians came and finished the work very quickly. They carried a whole bunch of equipments and were very proficient. More importantly, they didn't charge me for the parts. Because Viking has ten year warranty on their compressor. And Viking Repair Palo Alto said they will take care of this without me worrying about it. Again, fantastic service and definitely recommend it!!! |
