I can't say enough positive things about McKinney's. They truly know their appliances. They listen to your needs/wants and sell you something that meets those needs. We've never been up-sold something that was more expensive than what we wanted. The quality is far better than what you get from a box store. Very professional and helpful employees.

Love this store won't buy appliances anywhere else

We wanted to replace all of our appliances in our kitchen. Some were almost 30 year old. McKinney's were the same price of all the box stores. Jeff on the westside was a great guide as to what was best for us. Our installation was a little complicated since our old range was a drop in and we replaced it with a slide in. Jeff connected us with Jerry from InHome Appliance Installations and Jerry coordinated the whole delivery and installation. We were very pleased with our purchase and the process.

I purchased a home in Lacey in late 2017. The sellers of my home were kind enough to leave a McKinney's Appliance fridge magnet on my refrigerator as well as a note in all the paperwork that they'd had great experiences with them. I called them after trying to get a couple big box stores to help replace my range and overhead microwave. The big guys wanted to make me wait 200 years and pay a fortune to have the product installed. McKinney's matches their price, has AFFORDABLE installation services and can often turn orders around in the same week. That's how you do it!! They have my business from now on. No more big box.
