| Steve Ulene | Do not use these folks - they came out to camera my system, and charged me 445 to misdiagnose a broken pipe the pipe wasn't actually broken as it turns out. The equipment they used was old and outdated black & white camera without video capability, and they did not provide me with any map of what they found where the "breakage" was found, pipe locations, etc. They also wasted a big chunk of time which they charged me for trying to figure out how my drainfield/septic system worked, even though it had nothing to do with what they were brought out to do which was to diagnose the pipes under my house. When I called the owners Rob & Chuck, to discuss, they kept saying they would look into it and call me back. They never did. I contacted them 4 times, each time they made an excuse as to why they would need to call me back, and they never did. They were rude and unresponsive, and I would advise you to steer clear of these folks - they are not a company that you want to do business with. |
