| Lee Ann Johnson | My parents are 79 and 80 sold their home Aaron's moved their stackable washer and dryer to new location 3 weeks ago the washer now does not work. We have talked to Antonia several times and all we get is email has been sent wait for t and t appliances they gave them a 2 week payment off and still have not heard anything 3 weeks later won't give them a loaner cuz its a stackable so have to make other arrangements for washing their clothes. We have never had a problem on our items so is it because my parents are old they are dragging their feet. They are the ones they should be going above and beyond on since they can't get around. Making me have second thoughts on their service |
