Appliance Repair by Wyoming Diesel Service – Diesel Engine Repair Roadside Assistance in Rawlins, Wyoming

I had been chasing a charging problem on may Dodge Ram diesel for days. Driving through Rawlins the vehicle burnt a battery and would not charge. I called several diesel repair shops and Wyoming Diesel was the only shop that would provide me with immediate service. They were rated at about 5 stars, so I limped my Dodge into their shop. They gave me a ride back to the motel while they worked on my truck. Within a short time they found the alternator had failed, and may have shorted the passenger side battery. I told them to replace the battery. They called back that afternoon to let me know the alternator was replace, the new battery was not needed, and that after all was done the truck was still not charging properly. The technician then found a battery terminal bolt that was corroded within the terminal, and had broken the circuit to the computer. Wow, now you need a good technician and good equipment to find a problem like that. When Mike Hawes called me to say they battery was not needed, i told him that they could have easily sold me a new battery because the old one was boiling when I drove it in. Mike said "We cannot charge you for a new battery because you didn't need it." "If we don't treat our customers right, we won't be able to stay in business." Mike was great, their technician was awesome, they got me in and out, and were honest with their dealing. I live 60 miles away, but they have my business from now on.
