Not everyone will afford you that courtesy, especially when explaining automotive systems to a woman. Alex was also transparent about cost and time assessments, letting me know that it might not be worth the cost to fix it, and that if I still wanted to proceed, it could take up to a week for parts to arrive and quite a lot of time to do the actual repairs. When my husband and I decided to rent a trailer and haul it home with our truck, he didn't get upset, in fact agreeing that this was a smart choice. | travis Kennard | Went here on 1.16.2020. My f150 starting running rough. I had oreilys auto run the code from check engine light. Cylinder 3 misfire. I baught a new plug and coil pack. Brought them to alex and Nicole's. They did not gap spark plug correctly according to the dealership in laromie wy. GM. I was charged 180 to put a coil pack on and put in a spark plug. It took him about 20 minutes. Literally no shop rate per hour, just totally ripped off and no advice once he couldn't figure out what was wrong. They didn't do it right. Waste of my time and money. At the service shop they do not have proper diagnostic tools and the knowledge to fix items more than a oil change it seems. He seemed nice, but that doesn't put money back in my pocket and have my truck fixed. I would definitely go anywhere else if you have a problem with your car other than an oil change |
