| Jessica Friesen | I will never call this business for services again. He fixed half the issue and then said he would be back in 2 days to finish the rest. He informed me not to use the shower in that bathroom because it will back the toilet into the sink until he finished it. That was 2 months ago and After doing what he said and not using the shower down there feces has still backed up my sink. It stinks up the entire basement and is without a doubt the grosses thing i have ever witnessed. I have called Repeatedly with no reply from his side. The poor lady from the answering service has had to deal with me and he does not answer her most the time. This issue is a danger for my family and he cant be bothered to do what i already paid him to do. |
