Took my sled in and got a call saying it was ready so I went to pick it up, they felt good about charging me the money but the problem on my sled was not solved. I took it there in hopes of picking it up running and ready to hit the mountains, instead they decided something else was wrong after it wouldn't even idle in front of them. Ended up taking it to a friend he troubleshooted for 15 minutes, found the problem and fixed it... in my opinion if you aren't a priorityhill climbing, new costumer, warranty work they really aren't going to try there best to help you. It's not important enough to them, but it's important to me and shouldn't that matter? Don't waste your time. |

| nick labbe | Terrible customer service . Counter help is not educated. You ask for parts they say they don't have them. Then they say they will double check. Then say there are none. Then call you back five mins later and say they have all the parts. Their mark up price compared to Babbits is ridiculous. |
