| Jeremy Fosnow | First time I called will be the last time I call! I purchased this house with a furnace that they installed. Their service number is posted on the furnace. I called the number because the furnace stopped working not their fault and I was told they would not help me because I'm not an existing client. And, the only way to become a client, is to set up an appointment on Monday....it's Friday evening now. So for the next two days and three nights, my family including my 2-year old daughter must freeze before they will "schedule an appointment" to come and take a look at it. I don't care if I have to build a fire in the garage, these clowns will never get my business!! |
| Jeremy Migut | I spoke to a gentleman on Jan. 24 in the afternoon and made an appointment for mid morning on Jan 25 to have a teck come out. He quoted me a price of 97 dollars for a minimum of 1 hour up 150 dollars, I had agreed to the price.. It's now the 25th at 2pm and still no teck. I called the company and they had an answering service answering the phones and she said they would have the teck give me a call. When the teck called he let me know that the price had doubled and if I wanted to reschedule the appointment that he would be willing to do so. I explained to the teck about the conversation I had with the company the day before and he had no plan to help the situation at all. I let him know that I had a home inspector in and that he had said that the furnace was having multiple issues and I should have it looked at immediately. |
