| Timothy Jones, Jr. | Got a truck here back in September, and Kyle's been phenomenal with helping me out. The check engine light came on within the 30 day warranty and a break light went out. They were able to fix the break light and found that a cylinder was misfiring, but couldn't locate which cylinder or replicate it, so they weren't able to do the repair at the time without replacing all of them I get that they have to make a profit, no hard feelings there. Someone else some time later was able to determine which cylinder was misfiring. Being a smaller dealership, I almost didn't call since I expected them to put up a fight since it was now outside the warranty, but they were eager and willing to honor the warranty since they found the issue within the 30 days. I was thoroughly impressed to find that level of customer service at a small, out of the way dealership. |
