If you ever have issues that require a manager better hope they don't call Julie. If they call her just walk away leave your items at the register thank the person working the register and go to Home Depot or Fleet Farm. Julie was not able to assist us with our tax-exempt issue and worse yet would not give us a number we could call to resolve it. Her attitude was terrible. It was like she was blaming me for the problem and her knowledge of the issue was non existent. Not sure how they choose who becomes a manager but they should have better customer service skills then Julie.

Everything a DIY person could possibly want. The staff is very helpful with those hard to find items. I needed a specific size bracket, the person that helped me found it right away. My daughter came from New Orleans and wished she had the same store there since she only has the Home Depot.
