This time, Jerry came out himself and, like his associate, explained all of our options clearly so that we could make informed choices. Despite the fact that he could easily have sold us on replacing a faulty compressor for a steep price, he advised that we simply buy a new refrigerator. This company's straightforwardness and honesty will make them our go-to for any appliance repairs we have in the future. In fact, during that latest repair call, Jerry heard a squeak in our dryer, offered to look at it and once he had, set up an appointment for us to quickly fix it. BTW, I believe Jerry told me they are now based out of Waukesha not West Allis, so Google may want to adjust this or contact the business.
