| Bailey Sarka | This Lowe's EXCEEDS 5 stars in customer service. Tonight I needed help with wall panels I purchased that wouldn't fit in my Jeep. I live RIGHT down the road from Lowe's, and it had just started snowing heavily! I was going to see if I could borrow a roller to get it to my place, but the manager himself offered to load up his truck and transport it to my home on his way out. I can't thank Jon enough for his kind gesture to help! Top notch customer service, going above and beyond!!! |
| Enoch Rasmussen | Lowe's is a decent big box hardware store. This specific location is well kept and has decent prices. The employees were pretty helpful and friendly. My only complaint was that they didn't have a very wide selection of a specific tool I was looking for. Other than that, it is a nice store. Also it seems like this store is dog friendly as I noticed another customer with his dog and the store had dog treat containers with free teats to give your pet while they are in the store. I'd recommend Lowe's to anyone who needs to make a quick stop for home improvement supplies, especially if you like to shop with your pup! |
