| Ron Kassner | Very poor service. Same technician from first visit to my house after asking for someone different. Did no testing just guessing different problems with no repair attempted. Just part changers and not a true service technician. First trip it was the refrigerator is not level but is fine and next visit she said it was the fan motor. She did not test the fan motor just wanted to change it and try that. A continuity would have told her if that was the problem. I would never have them come and do anything for me again. Don't waste your money on these guys. I rated them one star but if it could go negative 20 I would pick it. |
