Within a day they got back to me and advised the computer could not be fixed. They provided a recommendation for a new laptop and place to buy it at a good price. I got the computer immediately and took it to them. Amazingly, the tech got right on my request to transfer all my files and programs. Even more astonishing, I got a call at 8:00 that night from the tech, asking some questions relative to my files. I remarked that it was very impressive that he would be working in the evening to finish work; he said they got busy and so he kept working. Within a total of two days, I had my new computer. I received an instruction sheet as to how to bring all my functions back, such as internet connectivity and wireless connection to my printer. I have never experienced this level of service anywhere before-it was remarkable. The cost was very reasonable, and I left a nice tip for the tech to show my gratitude for having my new computer up and running in the same manner my old device did; so easy to get back to normal. I strongly recommend Sauve's. |
