| walt trent | Called Jay, explained my problem with freezer not freezing. He took the time to trouble shoot system over the phone. Explained to me it would cost a reasonable to come out and take a look-see. However, as we talked, he zeroed in on the problem, and gave me a rough estimate, and said that it would be more economical to buy a new freezer than to have him charge for visit, estimate, and repair, especially because who knows how much life it had left, even after a fix. I'd give him TEN STARS for integrity and honesty, and concur with the FIVE STARS for his reputation in town Sussex. He saved me from wasting at least 650, even though it will cost me 1000 for a new freezer. Thanks Jay! |
