| Cassie Paap | Our home warranty company has a partnership with Grand Appliance. When our refrigerator broke and wasn't repairable, I stopped at Grand to take a look at their fridges. They have a nice showroom and helpful sales people. I ended up shopping online for a fridge because of my indecisiveness and need to research more. I found a fridge I liked and compared the price that Grand had listed to other appliance sale stores. Grand was at the same price point as the others. Ultimately I decided to buy from Grand. I had a pleasant experience with the salesman over the phone and he got things taken care of with my home warranty company so I didn't have to. When it came to the delivery - THIS is where I give the company 5 stars. Their delivery guys were awesome! They were at my house when they said they would be and I could tell that they really cared about not damaging my house or the new fridge when bringing it in. They were careful when they had to remove the front door and took the time to make sure everything worked correctly before they left. Thank you so much for doing a great job!! |
