| Susan Dresen | Service tech was an hour late & never got a call saying he would be late. Techs phone was low on battery so he asked to use my charger, my charger wouldn't work so he used my phone to call and ask a question. He used my hand held work light to work on my washer. He took the part with him back to the office to see if they had a extra one laying around. They had no spare part so they called with an estimate to repair it. The new part was 116.00 then 200.00 for labor, I simple can't afford that. So I told them I could not repair it at this time. They told me that there may be a trip charge to come and look at it. I asked how much that would be and they told me around a 100.00 ish. Wow I know I live a distance away from their location but in the past when they came a trip charge and to fix it was under 150.00. Well I received my bill and it was outlandish. 160.00 and they didn't include the trip charge, they thought they would give me a break. You didn't give me anything except a high bill. I will never call them again. |
