I think they could have narrowed it down a little more so you're not stuck at home all day. The repair guy was nice and knowledgeable, but Sears only works with new parts, and since I have a vintage stove they aren't making new parts he could not fix it and of course I still needed to pay the assessment fee. He did help me look at used parts online and gave me instruction on repairing it myself, which was nice. |
