Appliance Repair by Menards in St Croix Falls, Wisconsin

I have visited this Menards many times. If you know what to expect, the experience will be consistent. If you come during the day, there will be an excess of workers willing to help you find your items. They will take you directly to where it is, even if it is across the store. If you come in the evening, the workers will be sparse and you will need to walk a long way to find help and will have to wait in line for help. I like how they have seemingly everything you need for your DIY project. If they do not have what you need, it will be shipped to the store for FREE in a few days or you can pay for delivery to your home. We have used their delivery service and they are always on-time and will place the items where you want them. The only reason I dropped 1 star is their pickup at the back of the store is always slow. We tell ourselves to be prepared for 2 hours at the store, 20-30 minutes being wait time for the pickup. And they do not have twine in the back, you have to wait until after you exit the lumber yard. I do not want to drive until my load is totally secured. So remember to bring your own rope or tie downs.

Very easy store to find what your looking. I purchased lots of plumbing part for a bathroom remodel and some electrical.

Treated poorly in St. Croix Falls, WI store by Brandon in plumbing with disrespect on special order return that was over 2 weeks late and then was defective. He then would not return this unless we paid a 200 restocking fee. Brandan said it is the way they all come. And we paid over 1300 for this product. Going to move our business to Home Depot or Lowe's due to this treatment. We have spent 30,000 - 40,000 in the last two years here and will not be going back!!!
