Mark's Pro Service answered the phone on the first call, a knowledgeable and friendly person answered the phone. We set up a day for them to do the work, on the day of work to be done they called by 8:30am to confirm time and address. They said they would be there at 10:30 and they were. Told work would be completed in 1-1.5 hrs. and it was. So to sum up. They called when they said they were going to call, they showed up when they said they were and they were done when they said they would be. I can't ask for more than that. Plus the service tech was clean, polite and professional. I would certainly recommend them. |
