We got the the root cause of the issues and with that knowledge my appliances will work more efficiently and for many years. He even showed me a few tricks on how to clean the washer strainer. Would say he is the best ! |

Brad was very accommodating and professional in setting and making the appointment to take a look at the washer. He diagnosed the problem quickly, however he noticed another very big problem that he said I would be better off just buying a new washer. I'm grateful for his honesty and his reasonable pricing for coming out to diagnose the problem. I hope I don't have to call him again, but if I do, I'd be happy to hire him for the job! |
